Light straw yellow, brilliant. On the nose it expresses a fruity, mineral, very fine perfume even in its frankness. On the palate it is dry, fresh and savory, characterized by a very clean finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with seafood appetizers and fish-based first courses. A pleasant white especially in summer for its great drinkability and freshness.
The Brut Perusini is a Friulian sparkling wine , produced by the Perusini Farm , located in Corno di Rosazzo in the province of Udine, on the eastern Friulian hills. The grape that gives rise to this wine is 60% Ribolla Gialla and 40% Chardonnay. The vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, the sparkling with the charmat method on selected yeasts lasts 3 months.
