The great Supertuscan, proud and lonely as a wild in his territory.
This exceptional red wine is a rather recent expression of the potential of Argiano viticulture compared to its Sangiovese-based red wines. 'Solengo', which in Tuscan means 'solitary boar', comes from the combination of Tuscan soil and French blends: Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Syrah. It is the result of the "creation" of the former world-famous winemaker Giacomo Tachis who now continues in the work of the Argiano team.

Dark purple color. The bouquet is characterized by aromas of small berries, blackberry, black currant and woody notes. On the palate it has a beautiful structure and a rich and persistent fruit. It is round, harmonious, with soft tannins and the right freshness. Argiano 's Toscana Rosso IGT “Solengo” goes well with pasta dishes with meat or game sauces, second courses based on roasted white meats and grilled or roasted red meats.
