Vivera ETNA BIANCO is bottled in the month of March, the first of the original Roman calendar and consecrated to Mars, god of agriculture and war. I dedicate this wine to all the farmers who, with the tenacity of ancient warriors, fight every day to give us fruits that make their memory eternal
Straw yellow colored wine, with aromas of fresh citrus and anise. The hints of iodine are combined with peach and passion fruit and the finish has delicately sulphurous notes. On the palate it is very fresh, succulent, sapid and persistent
It goes well with: Cous cous with vegetables, fried fish, fish and fruit carpaccio, meat rolls, grilled vegetables and savory pies. Excellent as an aperitif. Serve at 12°C
