Forteto della Luja Loazzolo is a fragrant and enveloping wine, with a deep yellow color with apricot and gold reflections. The olfactory profile reveals a rich, ripe fruit, with a prevalence of apricot notes. The "muscat" root of the fruit is evident, which a balsamic wood enriches with spicy and roasted notes. Rich and creamy on the palate, to which it unfolds in all its multifaceted sweetness and alcohol, with interesting returns of fruit, chocolate and honey. A very pleasant wine, which ends long, with an echo of vanilla and white chocolate. Constitutionally long-lived, it maintains an enviable gustatory balance for many years. Excellent meditation wine, it goes well with aged cheeses and desserts.

The Chianti Classico "Badia a Passignano" is a famous and intense expression of the Chianti of the Marchesi Antinori . It is a full-bodied and complex red wine, with the unmistakable aromas of berries, cherries and sweet spices. Aged for 14 months in oak barrels

Dark and impenetrable ruby red with violet reflections, opens on intense fruity notes of blackberries and strawberries in jam, raspberry juice, aromatic herbs, spices and tobacco, face powder and eucalyptus. The taste is full and rigorous, marked by a vigorous tannic texture and beautiful freshness. Long finish on toasting and bitter cocoa returns. Given its strength we will have to combine it with braised and jugged meats, or with a succulent chianina steak on the grill.

The Tassinaia is a full-bodied and complex red wine, produced with a Bordeaux blend, that is, starting from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged in cask for about 20 months. Hints of wild berries, spices and balsamic herbs stand out on the nose. The taste is deep and full-bodied, with great balance and elegant tannins.

Castel Sallegg and Moscato Rosa are two concepts associated, for some time now, with South Tyrol. The reason is founded: in 1892, during their transfer from Sicily, the princes of Campofranco, ancestors of the current owner, Count Georg von Kuenburg, brought this noble vine to Castel Sallegg in Caldaro, planting it in the warmest soils on the banks of the homonymous lake, where it thrives majestically. Today Moscato Rosa belongs to the rarest varieties in the world. Our wine grows at the Seehof, in San Giuseppe at Lake Caldaro, 230 m above sea level, on a traditional pergola.

Promis di Ca 'Marcanda is a full-bodied and elegant red wine that expresses the deep soul of the Bolgheri area with impeccable balance. Angelo Gaja 's style translates here into a beautiful aromatic complexity, played on warm and enveloping notes of spices, wild fruit and balsamic herbs. It ages for 12 months in barrique.

Fontalloro della Fattoria di Felsina is a Tuscan red wine based on Sangiovese, considered an unmistakable territorial brand. The complex aromatic profile is drawn by dark shades of blackberry, licorice and black pepper with light hints of tobacco. The body is powerful and structured, with well integrated tannins and a finish with a pleasant aftertaste.

OBTAINED FROM THE VINIFICATION OF SOLO CABERNET FRANC, IT HAS HINTS OF BLACK FRUITS, SAGE, ROSEMARY, CICCOLATO AND SPICES. IN THE MOUTH IT IS SOFT AND AGGRESSED, WITH A FEMININE AND SEDUCTIVE SILKNESS.

Cortaccio Villa Cafaggio is a wine of extraordinary stature and has a garnet red color, an intense aroma with hints of blackcurrant and a perfectly integrated toasting note. On the palate it is of remarkable concentration but at the same time perfectly harmonious, rightly tannic and very persistent. The grapes are de-stemmed and delicately pressed in order not to damage the skin rich in coloring matter. Selected yeasts are added to the must to activate fermentation while the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3 weeks. After the primary fermentation, the Cortaccio is transferred to a room dedicated exclusively to malolactic fermentation, which takes place entirely in French oak barriques and which allows to produce a wine of great structure and balance.
