È nel 1989 che nasce il vino bianco più famoso della nostra cantina. Da più di 30 anni il Sauvignon Sanct Valentin beneficia di singole e selezionate parcelle poste sui pendii ai piedi della Mendola, per generare un vino di altissimo profilo. Dal frutto seducente, con eccellente mineralità e persistenza, questo vino è il più importante della linea Sanct Valentin ed uno dei vini bianchi più premiati d’Italia.
Ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose is very intense, dominated by hints of red fruit, followed by light spicy notes. On the palate it is soft, with a full body and present but velvety tannins. Good persistence finish. Excellent in combination with first courses with meat sauces, it is ideal as an accompaniment to second courses of red meats, grilled and roasted.
Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Bouquet intense notes of officinal and balsamic herbs. On the palate it is soft, full with a persistent aftertaste.

Massolino's Barolo "Parafada" comes from vines that are more than 50 years old from the Parafada di Serralunga cru and ages for 30 months in cask. The bouquet is floral, spicy, deep and very elegant. On the palate it is warm and soft, very harmonious and balanced, with a very long persistence
In Avignonesi , the pursuit of excellence goes hand in hand with the experimentation of 100% Tuscan winemaking processes, with the intention of allowing the habitat to prevail over external influences. For this particular organic wine, Avignonesi has set aside steel and oak in favor of Tuscan clay. The name Da-Di , the Chinese term for " earth-soil ", was chosen to underline this peculiarity.
Straw yellow in colour, it has a delicate nose, with hints of white flowers and unripe fruit.

Very bright ruby red. The nose reveals notes of black currant and intense citrus aromas of bergamot. Balsamic notes of mint, licorice, cardamom and floral notes of violet. In the mouth it shows the classic tannic texture of Sangiovese di Montalcino, dense but not devoid of harshness. Intense and persistent finish. Throughout the meal, it goes well with egg pasta dishes such as pappardelle topped with hare, wild boar and red meat sauce, from steak to stew.
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. The nose is intense, fresh, fragrant, mineral, with hints of aromatic herbs, cherries in alcohol, violet, ginger. On the palate it is persistent, mineral, with a slightly rough tannin. Final Nota of bitter almond and hazelnut, of great elegance. For the whole meal, it is excellent with short-cooked red meats, it goes beautifully with the classic Florentine steak.
Compact ruby red, the nose expresses beautiful notes of currant, plum and violet. A spicy trace, embellished with a balsamic hint of mint, opens to a wide, soft and elegant taste. The tannic texture is dense and well balanced by a certain freshness. Very long and vibrant, it closes with an infinite finish for persistence. For the whole meal, the “Sito dell'Ulmo” is an ideal red wine to accompany aged cheeses and meats.
