Deep straw yellow color. The nose releases intense notes of acacia flowers, ripe peach, citrus and dried fruit in shell. The sip is fresh, savory and full-bodied. Excellent taste-olfactory persistence with a pleasant almond finish. Alcoholic content: 12% vol.

Golden yellow in color. The nose is elegant, intense and quite complex. Fruity and oral, herbaceous. On the palate it is fresh with the right flavor. Balanced and intense. The bouquet is reminiscent of orange blossom, jasmine, yellow peach, pineapple and a hint of candied citrus and notes of dry pastic ceria. Vinification : Manual harvesting of grapes in small boxes. Cold pressing in an inert environment, static decantation of the must with controlled fermentation. Anament in terracotta amphorae for 12 months. The cococciola is a grape that allows to obtain a wine of structure and longevity. The amphora does not yield any aroma, enhances the varietals of the grapes used and allows, thanks to the porosity of the clay, a good micro-genesis.

Message in a Bottle Bianco now joins our portfolio of acclaimed wines. A blend of Vermentino (84%), Sauvignon (14%) and small Trebbiano is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish and vegetable dishes. With an alcohol content of 12.5% it is aged for 5 months.

One of the latest wines created by Cantine del Notaio , Protesto is a sparkling red wine made from 100% Aglianico grapes grown in the province of Potenza, on the slopes of Vulture. After the classic versions, the rosé versions, those vinified in white, sparkling with the classic method and not, here is the Aglianico in a sparkling version, as if it were a Lambrusco. The wine is refermented in autoclave after a maceration of 5-6 days.

One of the many variations of Aglianico in the Vulture has always been sparkling wine. The autoclave technique enhances the caressing olfactory notes of Aglianico and of the vines that complete the assembly by exhibiting valuable fruity notes of white peach, yellow melon, sage and white flowers.

The care and effort of an extreme production work are illuminated by golden flashes that bring with them an intriguing bouquet, full of sweetness and freshness.

Cuprese is an organic wine that represents the true symbol of the Colonnara winery, perfectly embodying the character of the Verdicchio grape. It shows a straw yellow with greenish reflections, tending to golden with aging. On the nose initially fruity and floral hints stand out that leave room for complex notes of flint. On the palate it is full-bodied and balanced.

At the sight it is of an opalescent straw yellow, the nose is very intense, typically aromatic and with a strong balsamic scent and a vegetal note. The taste is dry, fresh and savory.
