The Cabernet Sauvignon of Tenuta Morganti has an intense ruby color with violet hues. The nose is a dive into fruit jam: cherry, blackberry and currant in primis, refreshed by delicately herbaceous notes of tomato leaf and pepper, and still by touches of green pepper. In the mouth it is youthful and pleasant, with well-present but integrated tannins and great coherence with the olfactory profile. Perfect wine to accompany black cabbage and sausage croutons.

The Cabernet Sauvignon of Tenuta Morganti was born in Torano Nuovo in the province of Teramo, from vineyards located at an altitude of 240 meters, immersed in the splendid hills of Abruzzo, a step away from the sea and two from the mountains. Gaia and Sveva, the lively third generation of the Morganti family who run the company, have chosen to dress their bottles with the colorful designs of the well-known cartoonist Nando Perilli. The Cabernet grapes ferment in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for about 20 days, then refine briefly, again in steel, and another two months in glass. 1300 bottles of this wine are produced each year.
