The modern and functional structure is designed to meet all production and storage requirements, in order to guarantee the highest levels of hygiene and quality of the oil produced.
The olives delivered by our customers are washed and pressed on the same day, so that the beneficial properties contained in the fruit remain unaltered.
The oil produced, transported to the basement, is stored in stainless steel tanks, protected by argon gas to prevent oxidation. Possibility of contract and private label packaging.
