Produced from the best harvests of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it is vinified in steel and oak barrels, which give the wine spicy hints. The Franciacorta Extra Brut "Vittorio Moretti" is subsequently made sparkling with refermentation in the bottle according to the classic method and completes its maturation with an aging of a further seven years, achieving the unmistakable taste that has crowned it among the excellences of the sector.
