The wines ofAbbazia di Novacella are characterised by their high quality and longevity. This is thanks to our strict production criteria based on the principle 'better a little but good'. The quality remains constant over time, manifesting, for each vintage, the special characteristics that distinguish it.
Our classic lineas revealed by many tastings and evaluations, offers fresh and fruity wines. They are ready to drink from an early age.
Over the centuries, a number of rare and particularly suitable areas have been identified in all production areas, at different altitudes, where all factors contributing to quality are ideal: from the temperature range to the age of the vines to the composition of the soil. From these grapes, particularly rich in extract and harvested in small quantities, derive cru wines from the Abbeyare characterised by a quality that is always above the norm. These wines are capable of ageing well over ten years.
