Our Cerasuolo di Vittoria is born from the countryside of Dorilli, between the sea and the Iblei mountains, known as a place of excellence for food in Sicily. The name of the only DOCG in Sicily derives from “cerasa”, the cherry in Sicilian dialect. It is obtained from the native Nero d'Avola and Frappato varieties.
