Andrea and Nat met in 2018 thanks to the introductions made by a mutual friend during an evening in a pub. They talk about the past, dreams, ambitions and passions. Inevitably the topic of wine comes up and the strong understanding leads them to immediately put on the plate the idea of embarking on this path together. And so, a few weeks later, they founded Bossanova , starting from that small plot of just over a hectare that Andrea's grandfather planted in the 70s. From that moment everything has changed, from one note a continuous symphony was born. evolution.
A NEW BEGINNING
Returning from misleading activities, Andrea and Nat decide to return to the land and cultivate vines according to an unprecedented approach: deferential respect for biodiversity and levity of oenological processes.
Here they work with an approach to the intersection between ancestral rituals and modern awareness, where the impact of any sophistication is avoided.
Today the farm has 26 hectares of which 9 are dedicated to viticulture, 2 hectares of olive trees and the remaining 15 divided between arable land, meadows and woods.
