In physics, in the infinitely small, it is used to determine the unit of measurement of the energy of moving particles. Oil is the most seductive container of this energy, which sun, earth, light and leaves transform first into a fruit and then into oil, a dense and colorful substance. The aromas and fragrance derive from this infinite energy which become food and pleasure for us.

Purgatory: it is the place of production, an ancient district of Etna, one among thousands. A land of choice. Where the wine has a strong character without mediation, such as the interpretation I have given and will always give to Etna wines.

Kudos is a white wine from an ancient, elegant and profound vineyard. Acidity and thickness played on the blade of the knife, to be drunk young or stored for years, according to his own inspiration

Ananke: for the first time I put my name on a wine label. Fate, necessity, consequence? The Ancient Goddess represents all of this and more. For me a new chapter of the experience in wine, a return also to the peasant gestures to which I am attached.
