Naso croccante, fragrante e dritto come una lama. Piccoli frutti rossi, vegetale, schietto! In bocca entra ruvido andando a definire la sua aristocrazia sul finale. Anche da solo, da accompagnare in un salotto elegante con amici e voglia di chiacchierare.

Il giallo è paglierino con riflessi dorati. Al naso si scorgono note di crema di limone, zabaione, zucchero vanigliato e pandoro con un finale di mandarino. In bocca è cremoso con finale sapido e piacevole. Da abbinare a aperitivi leggeri e profumati di mediterraneo. Pesci, di mare e carni bianche succose

Giallo paglierino con screzi dorati. Il naso è una panetteria lontana che si mescola con note vegetali e iodate. In bocca diventa verticale e profondamente lungo con un piacevole nota balsamica a chiudere. A cena con pesce di mare, tanto, salato, fresco, profumato e buono

Il colore si traduce in un pesca leggero con note di Rosa antico. Il naso sa di fragolina di bosco con spiccati punti acidi che ricordano spezie pungenti e fumi lontani. In bocca è verticale e pieno, di medio corpo e tagliente, con un finale asciutto, schietto ma mai necessariamente ruvido. Perfetto con pizze e focacce condite. Ottimo con carni, anche succose e grigliate

Naso potente e caratteristico del monovitigno con sentori che vanno dal sottobosco, erborinato e frutta matura, quasi in confettura. In bocca è grosso con un gusto molto personale che si rivela man mano che passano i sorsi. Un vino che si può bere in un dopo serata con amici oppure sui pasti dai gusti di terra ma anche con formaggi gustosi e saporiti

Giallo paglierino con ricordi verdolini. Il naso gioca e danza tra la frutta rossa e tropicale. Diverso, chiaro e distintivo in tutto. In bocca divide le sensazioni salate a quelle tendenzialmente morbide conquistando tutti i palati. Tonno con sesamo, salmone appena scottato e tutto il pesce grasso che si riesce a trovare.

Indubbiamente un vino molto profondo e concentrato con note di frutta croccante e spezie pungenti. Al palato risulta altresì croccante e piacevole con una piacevole lunghezza che lo rende presente ma non ingombrante. Si abbina a piatti leggeri ma con gusto. Hummus di ceci e paprika o cus cus con verdure, pesce o pollo. Perfetto come aperitivo impegnato

Of more recent conception is the Franciacorta QZERO, the zero dosage of Quadra, obtained from a cuvée of Chardonnay Pinot bianco and Pinot nero. A wine that combines power, complexity, elegance in an imperious taste. A modern and innovative interpretation of the vintage classics of Franciacorta.

QSATEN, essence and prerogative of Franciacorta, is characterized by the exclusive presence of white berried grapes and by the lower pressure (4.5 atmospheres instead of 6) compared to the other Franciacortas. The varietal composition, a cuvée of Chardonnay, partially fermented in wood and Pinot Blanc and the more modulated pressure determine the unmistakable "creamy" taste of Satèn.

QROSÈ BRUT is the evolution of a cuvée based on Pinot noir and Chardonnay fermented in stainless steel and barrique. After tirage, the wine ages for over 42 months before disgorgement. The Pinot noir, grown on the morainic slopes, brings backbone and thickness as well as the characteristic scent of small red fruits, while the Chardonnay gives it fullness and roundness.
