A Trento DOC sparkling wine from the Cesarini Sforza house, the result of the vinification of 100% Chardonnay grapes. The origin of the vines is that of Val di Cembra, in Trentino.

Cesarini Sforza was born in 1974 when Lamberto Cesarini Sforza founded the winery of the same name with the aim of producing high quality Classic Method sparkling wines.

Since 1734, the Maso Sette Fontane has grown grapes of the highest quality. Here the Chardonnay, admiring the Brenta Dolomites, reaches unique characteristics, with a balance and personality that few vineyards manage to obtain: structure and elegance, power and finesse. Characteristics capable of being fully enhanced through a long and patient journey, that of the Classic Method, where details and nuances take on great importance. The combination of the cultivation site, the suitability of the vine and the experience and expertise of the winemakers - 3 generations of the same family - make the final result unique. From this terroir was born Aquila Reale, the Cru of Cesarini Sforza.
