TYPE OF SOIL Gravels of ancient morainic and alluvial origin, mixed with clay.
AGE OF VINEYARDS From 15 to 30 years.
VINIFICATION 12 days of fermentation in steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation and aging in large oak barrels for several months.
TRAINING SYSTEM Espalier and pergola system. Integrated natural viticulture.
COLOR Intense ruby red.
BOUQUET Velvety notes of fruit, blackberry and wild berries.
PAIRINGS Ideal with game dishes and red meats such as roasts.
TASTE Taste: rustic but elegant, of medium intensity and with a velvety tannic structure.
NOTES It is produced with the grapes of the homonymous autochthonous variety harvested in the vineyards located at altitudes between 250 and 300 meters above sea level, near Lake Caldaro. Fermentation in steel and maturation of 6 months in wooden barrels, in order to give greater elegance and aromatic complexity.
