Each stage of the manufacturing process is carefully monitored, a factor that determines the excellent quality of the red in question. Salento Aglianico IGT "Terra" is obtained for 85% from Aglianico vines, originating in Greece and present in Italy from the 7th century BC The remaining 15% is represented by Negroamaro grapes, typical of Puglia and widespread throughout southern Italy .
