The Amarone DOCG of the Pruviniano Collection is characterized by the historical value of its grapes and the territory in which it is born. The lands of the Marano valley, in Valpolicella Classica, were in fact called Pruviniano, from which this bottle proudly takes its name. We are faced with a wine of extraordinary elegance and depth, characterized by a slow drying of the grapes on the 'arele', the racks traditionally used for this fundamental step, followed by aging in oak barrels and aging in the bottle for over 24 months.
