This wine has a rebellious and tenacious, friendly and caciarone spirit. Like a man who has gone through so many experiences that have opened his mind and soul and now he feels free to be. Vivera Etna Rosso is a wine that speaks to you with simple but carefully chosen words, how its grapes are selected and how careful the processing is.
Aged in steel, the wine offers intense aromas of fresh red fruits, light spiciness, notes of orange peel on the finish. In the mouth it is sapid, with typical varietal tannins and good persistence
Pasta alla Norma, risotto with pistachio and raw prawns, duck with orange, stuffed pork chop with a side of mushrooms, chicken marinated in citrus fruits. To pair with fish, serve at 14°C, otherwise 16°C
