Prima Macerazione is a new red wine with Typical Geographical Indication - Isola dei Nuraghi, obtained from Monica grapes.
Light ruby red wine with an intense and fruity bouquet. On the palate it is soft, dry and slightly sparkling. Accompanies Autumn dishes, mushrooms, chestnuts, eels and lamb. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
