A modern wine with a non-conformist style, which impresses with its fruity intensity and light spiciness. It derives its strong and generous nature from the typical Alluvian calcareous clay soil of our area and its pleasant and friendly style from our Mediterranean climate. Eclectic in its combinations: from grilled red meats to tasty, mature cheeses. It pleasantly accompanies boiled meats and roasts. Ideal with aubergine burgers. It should be served at a temperature of 16-18°C in a wide-rimmed goblet.
Variety: Malbech 100% Soil type: calcareous clay of alluvial origin Harvest period: second ten days of September TASTING NOTES Colour: intense ruby red. Aromas: typically wild, harmonious bouquet with notes of ripe plum or blackberry and sour cherry jam. Finish of sweet spices. Taste: full, soft, slightly tannic taste with hints of berries.
