Teroldego Rotaliano or 'Tiroler Gold' from a probable interpretation of the idiom 'Tiroler Gold' The rulers of Austria, during their reign in Trentino, considered this wine excellent both for its deep, intense colour, raspberry and blackberry fragrance and for its full, rounded flavour, rightly acid and free of tannins: precisely Tiroler Gold.

Riparia x V. Rupestris) SOIL Alluvial, gravelly, former riverbed and relative impluvium of the Noce River, consisting of pebbles called "sassi robi", known as "robi" stones, and the impluvium of the Noce River.Riparia x V. WINE-MAKING The hand-picked grapes arrive in the cellar where they are crushed; they are pumped into vats for red fermentation. After about ten days, it is drawn off and, kept warm, undergoes malolactic fermentation for natural deacidification. It rests for twenty-four months in small 225-litre wooden barrels; it rests for a further six months in steel to amalgamate the individual barrels and is then finally bottled.
