It comes from vineyards located on the hills of Pressano and Roverè della Luna, trained with the double Trentino pergola in morainic and loamy soils. Teroldego grapes are used, vinified by 100% carbonic maceration for 8-10 days. Once the carbonic maceration is over, the grapes are pressed and the traditional fermentation process begins which lasts for a few days, after which the wine is decanted into steel tanks for a short refinement before bottling. Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Particularly spicy, pleasantly fruity aroma reminiscent of cherries, with notes that recall the flower of the violet. Dry, soft and full flavour, with balanced tannins.
