The "Poggio de 'Paoli" is a rich, varied and very gastronomic Tuscan red wine, born from a blend of many varieties of red grapes, with aging in steel, tonneau and large cask. The aromatic outfit combines feminine floral and fruity scents with deep traces of humus, spices and roots. The sip is structured and persistent, but also taut, slender and very fresh. Wine made as it once was with artisanal methods
