TYPE OF SOIL The composition of the soil is of a medium-textured marl of Eocene origin.
VINIFICATION In stainless steel containers and vitrified cement tanks at a controlled temperature by means of cooling jackets and immersion plates.

COLOR Ruby red.
BOUQUET Widely emphasized by scents of fresh red berry fruit, it is completed with light floral and spicy notes.
PAIRINGS Suitable for accompanying Tuscan soups, first courses with red meat-based sauces, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
TASTE Warm, quite soft, structured and balanced with pleasantly pronounced tannins.
AGING In Slavonian oak barrels from 7.5 to 20 hl.
