VINIFICATION Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 28-30 ° C, with maceration on the skins for about three weeks.

BOUQUET The nose is striking for its finesse and great balsamic, with hints of ripe black fruit, pepper and hay.
PAIRINGS Spit-roasted meats, porchetta, Florentine steak accompanied by chard flans or steamed asparagus. He loves first courses with turnip and sausage sauces, which capture the vegetal notes. It goes well with medium-aged cheeses
TASTE In the mouth, the entrance is soft with velvety and never intrusive tannins, wrapped in a beautiful freshness given by a lively and savory fruit.
NOTES A fine wine, rich in finesse and typicality. Produced only in the best vintages and from the best Petit Verdot (70%) and Cabernet Franc (30%) grapes, all rigorously hand-picked and delicately processed to preserve their organoleptic characteristics. Two years of aging in oak barrels followed by a further refinement in the bottle for 36 months. Complex, broad, intense, persistent and endowed with good longevity. A purebred Super Tuscan.
AGING The wine ages for 24 months in barrique and completes the refinement with 30 months in the bottle.
