SOILS Hilly, with an average altitude of 230 meters above sea level, mainly clayey limestone. MARKETING PERIOD January / February of the year following that of harvest. VINIFICATION AND AGING Soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS Cherry red with bright purple hues. Intense fruity aromas, delicate floral notes and nuances of banana and black cherry. With a good structure, it is soft, fresh and balanced. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Cold cuts, pizza, white meats, grilled vegetables, fish soup, tripe, fresh cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif. ALCOHOL CONTENT 12.5% alc./vol.
