TYPE OF SOIL Volcanic rich in skeleton. Dark soil born from the disintegration of ancient lava flows coming from the volcano.

VINIFICATION Maceration of the grapes in press for 8 hours, soft pressing with a yield of 50%
TRAINING SYSTEM Etna sapling
COLOR Bright pale pink color.
BOUQUET The nose is fresh with splendid hints of red apple and peach and balsamic hints.
PAIRINGS It goes well with everything that is appetizer, perfect with medium-seasoned first courses and with seasoned fish but also with shellfish or seafood.
TASTE On the palate it is savory with great freshness, structure and balance is perceived in the finish.
NOTES A very pleasant wine to drink chilled which well represents the territory from which it comes.
AGING 6 months of batonage on the noble lees and aging of 3 months in the bottle.
