The Brut Perusini is a Friulian sparkling wine , produced by the Perusini Farm , located in Corno di Rosazzo in the province of Udine, on the eastern Friulian hills. The grape that gives rise to this wine is 60% Ribolla Gialla and 40% Chardonnay. The vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature, the sparkling with the charmat method on selected yeasts lasts 3 months.
A Franciacorta that needs no introduction. AMALUNA Spumante has a bright straw yellow color, with a white and creamy froth, with a fine and delicate perlage. In the mouth it is soft, savory, full and balanced, but at the same time dry, thanks to its pleasant acidity and its mineral notes.
