On the nose there is a range of rich and layered aromas, where notes of yeast, white flowers, citrus fruits and spices are recognized. On the palate it is full-bodied, intense and pulpy, with a fresh, full and persistent taste. Refined and elegant, it requires not everyday gastronomic preparations. Excellent with a truffle risotto.
