It is aged for 40 months: initially with fermentation and long maceration in Ganymede, then in stainless steel vats and subsequently in fine oak barriques to be completed with a stay in the bottle for at least 6 months.

bright red in color with violet hues, it immediately expresses a hint of morello cherry and ripe fruit. On the palate it maintains the freshness suggested by the nose, supported by the power and fullness of the tannins characteristic of the grape variety.

On the palate sensations of undergrowth fruits and rightly balanced licorice open up.

Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colle Secco Rubino by Cantina Tollo is presented after 24 months in oak barrels in the glass in a dark ruby red color. The nose reveals aromas of dark berries, accompanied by a delicate spicy aroma and a hint of vanilla. On the palate it is full-bodied and well structured with an almost cherry fruit and a fine and harmonious woody note in the finish. A wine that is suitable for dishes that are not too strong, pasta, grilled meats and cheeses that are not seasoned for too long.
