Chianti Classico

La grappa terra di seta riserva è una grappa da meditazione; viene lasciata riposare per un anno in barrique di rovere francese e si presenta ad un esame visivo di colore giallo paglierino con leggere tonalità ambrate. L’evoluzione aromatica avvenuta durante la maturazione in barrique viene confermata al naso dalla percezione di delicati sentori fruttati e speziati. Al palato la grappa riserva si presenta calda, gustosa e morbida, confermando le percezioni olfattive e mantenendo una lunga e piacevole persistenza.

La grappa bianca terra di seta si presenta trasparente e limpida. E’ una grappa di grande pulizia ed immediatezza, dal profumo intenso che al naso evoca subito i sentori della vinaccia fresca. Al palato conferma le sensazioni olfattive, rimanendo morbida, non dolce e di ottima persistenza, lasciando nel tempo una piacevole sensazione di uva passita.

È un vino di medio corpo, molto rappresentativo del territorio della toscana centrale, regolato dal consorzio del chianti classico. Per quanto riguarda il suo disciplinare, il chianti classico “riserva” deve essere fruttato, con finezza esaltata dal legno che non si distingue ma accompagna e sostiene la struttura, la consistenza e la persistenza del vino. Questo vino deve rappresentare anche la filosofia e l’obiettivo dell’azienda, che consiste nell’ottenere prodotti tradizionali, eccellenti e raffinati, perfettamente rappresentativi del luogo dove viene prodotto.

It is obtained from freshly fermented pomace of Chianti Classico, produced in the San Felice estates. It matures first in steel, and for a few months in small oak barrels, the appearance is crystalline in transparency and the color tone slightly amber.

Only the best Sangiovese grapes selected in the company's Chianti Classico vineyards make up this Reserve, a valid combination of tradition and modernity. It ages for about 24 months in wood, of which a part (about 20%) in barriques, and one year in bottle. The label depicts a famous painting by Titian 'Man with armor'.

Already towards the end of the 70s, in the locality of Poggio Rosso, some selected clones of Sangiovese were planted several times. Poggio Rosso is the result of a careful selection of this grape from some plots of the vineyard of the same name and today represents the excellence of the San Felice terroir. Wine of great concentration and elegance, produced in limited quantities and, especially in the best vintages, it ages for about 20 months in 500-liter tonneaux and another 12 months in the bottle.

Produced in the oldest production area, as stated in the disciplinary that regulates it, this area gave its name to the wine and is the only one where Chianti Classico is produced. It extends between Florence and Siena in a territory of breathtaking beauty, made up of villages perched on the top of the hills, of olive trees cultivated in steep fields with an irregular outline and of cypresses lined up to delimit the innumerable dirt roads.

Dense ruby color with garnet reflections. Sensations of plum, mulberry and violet expand on the nose, and then unravel on wild and licorice tones. In the mouth, warm and enveloping, it declines sumptuous softness and caressing tannins. Ideal together with the walker with mustard and prunes or on the stuffed crusted roast.

Prodotto da uve rigorosamente selezionate di Sangiovese (97%) e Canaiolo (3%). La fermentazione e macerazione viene condotta in vasche di cemento e acciaio per circa 18/20 giorni. In seguito il vino viene maturato in botti e fusti di rovere francese, per un tempo che varia, secondo le caratteristiche del vino, da i 16 e i 20 mesi. Dopo l'imbottigliamento, segue l'affinamento in vetro per circa 6 mesi. E' un vino da invecchiamento che ben esprime le potenzialità dei terreni di San Giusto a Rentennano.

in bocca l’aroma frutto è molto evidente anche sensazione gustativa, caratterizzata da un’acidità non molto intensa e dal finale corposo e pulito con note di tabacco
