The consumption of wine took place mainly on social occasions and took place according to precise rituals. The bottle is contained in a wooden case, decorated and handcrafted, which also contains two copies of the bucchero bowls. The historical value of the tombs and its findings linked to the consumption of wine is above all one: that the place was ideal for cultivating the vine, as it is today, already three thousand years ago.

The Chianti Classico of Castellare di Castellina is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti. It is produced with 95% Sangiovese grapes and 5% Canaiolo grapes, harvested in October. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C for 15-20 days. Subsequently the wine is aged in barrique for 7 months, and for a further 7 months in the bottle. This Chianti Classico is characterized by a brilliant ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with hints of cherries and violets, enriched by pleasant spicy notes of licorice and vanilla. On the palate it is balanced, with harmonious and delicate tannins. It is obtained from a skilful blend of Montepulciano, Primitivo, Sangiovese, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, native to Abruzzo and Puglia, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins, in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 25 days. After malolactic fermentation in barrique, the wine ages for 13 months in the same containers, before being bottled.

Perlé Nero is characterized by a golden yellow color. The nose is rich and mature, powerful and complex, with fruity, mineral and toasted hints. Case Wood Magnum 110 Centodieci Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Riserva Dop 2010 - Nestore Bosco The 110 is a wine produced from the exclusive vinification of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, in the hilly area of Nocciano, in the rows of “La Collina”. The low yield per hectare (80 q / He), the excellent exposure, the gravelly-calcareous soil, allow us to obtain a great wine that is ennobled thanks to the elevation of about 30 months in oak wood and the subsequent refinement of over a year in the bottle. With an intense ruby red color with slight purple hues, it has ample hints of blackberry and black cherry jam, spicy aromas of nutmeg and tobacco leaf.The taste is warm and enveloping, soft on the palate but still with a slight astringent vein destined to fade in the years.
