Red berried grapes of the territory, harvested and pressed immediately without maceration. Vinified at low temperature. After vinification, the wine ages for 6 months in steel in order to harmonize and enhance its varietal aroma characterized by aromas of pink petal flowers, banana, pineapple, pear, wild strawberry and wild cherry. Pale pink color, on the palate it is fresh, elegant and with a pleasant finish. The pleasant salty note gives a lean and refreshing drink. Unmissable during summer aperitifs based on local butchery, it is a wine that calls one bottle after another and invites to a convivial sharing. Perfect as an aperitif, it goes well with raw seafood dishes and fried Adriatic paranza

Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC organic, produced entirely from grapes from the Montepulciano vine. “Ci li vò” is a typical Abruzzo expression that indicates satisfaction and gratification. In this case it expresses something "perfect" which, placed in a given context and moment, is such as to make a situation sublime. "It is the right time", "It was really necessary!".

Passerina IGT PAOLUCCI shows a decisive vivacity and at the same time an underlying softness. These characteristics make it a wine with an easy and immediate appreciation. The nose is fine but persistent, with a fresh and basically dry but never aggressive taste. Vintage 2019 Alcohol 12.50% Vol.

The Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo PAOLUCCI despite being counted among the rosé wines shows a remarkable character and versatility. On the nose it is personal and fragrant, with a compound taste, harmonious with backbone. Vintage 2019 Alcohol 13% Vol.

The name "Morandium" recalls the ancient Frentano place of worship, located near the Olearia & Vinicola Villese winery, characterized by the presence of a sanctuary active between the third and first centuries BC and a necropolis whose finds are exhibited at the museum national museum of Chieti and the civic museum of Vasto. The wine has a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. Very delicate bouquet, fragrant, deep, aromatic, fine and elegant taste, fruity and very fresh.

Rosé wine Cantina Cerretano. Color: cherry pink with red onion reflections. Bouquet: small red fruits, such as blueberry and raspberry and fine floral notes of rose. Taste: on the palate it is pleasantly soft, well balanced and very fresh.

Excellent as a still aperitif. Ideal with refined appetizers, fish dishes and with eggs. This wine is suitable for young consumption, preferably within the year following that of production in order to appreciate all its best organoleptic characteristics.
