Dark and impenetrable ruby red with violet reflections, opens on intense fruity notes of blackberries and strawberries in jam, raspberry juice, aromatic herbs, spices and tobacco, face powder and eucalyptus. The taste is full and rigorous, marked by a vigorous tannic texture and beautiful freshness. Long finish on toasting and bitter cocoa returns. Given its strength we will have to combine it with braised and jugged meats, or with a succulent chianina steak on the grill.

The Chianti Riserva "Nipozzano Vecchie Viti" comes from 40-year-old vines from the Rufina area. It is an intense, full-bodied, elegant and persistent wine, animated by hints of berries, pepper, cinnamon and other sweet spices. It ages for 24 months in oak barrels

The Chianti Classico Tenuta Perano is born on the hills of Gaiole in Chianti, from vineyards located at 500 meters above sea level. The south southwest exposure and above all the amphitheater shape of the vineyards, favors the sun and concentrates the heat. The combination of altitude, exposure, configuration and slope of the vineyards represents an extraordinary qualitative uniqueness that gives the wines a bright purple color, intense fruity aromas and great tannic structure , permeated with an elegant vibration.

Excellent alcoholic component 12.50% Vol. The characterizing scent of this Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon blend is raspberry, cherry, plum. Notes of blackberry, veiled sensations of hay. The only wine from the Santa Maria winery capable of boasting the DOCG certification which guarantees its origin. The refined blend of grapes that composes it is 85% Sangiovese and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon. Produced for the first time in 2000. Young and dynamic, Santa Maria Morellino di Scansano presents itself as a fresh, soft and fruity wine, ideal for any occasion. The origin of the grapes is geographically located in the Province of Grosseto in the heart of the Tuscany Region . The vinification foresees a maceration of the skins in the must for at least 11 days. Immediately after the malolactic fermentation is completely carried out after the alcoholic one. The refinement takes place in steel and develops for 10 consecutive months. Before being released, it rests for a further 2 months in the bottle.

This grappa is produced by distilling pomace of sangiovese grosso and merlot used to produce Luce della Vite. The pomace arrives in the distillery still juicy and is distilled with a discontinuous alembic still, in order to preserve the aromas the so-called "heart" is separated from the heads and tails. The distillate obtained is aged for 3 years in barriques, in order to enhance some characteristics and dampen others, and then it will be subsequently placed on the market.

Dark ruby red. The bouquet is powerful, complex and very deep. The nose is delighted by intense notes of black berries, such as black currant and blackberry. In the background you can perceive delicate spicy aromas of cloves and black pepper. Light hints of licorice and balsamic fragrances enrich the complexity of the aromas. In the mouth it is broad and well structured with ripe tannins that envelop the palate in a velvet texture. Of great persistence. For the whole meal, it goes well with a stir-fried fillet of beef, roasted or grilled meats. Also excellent with medium-aged cheeses.
