A'mami is a surprising and strong accord between the Carricante grapes of Etna and the Chardonnay grapes of the Corleone vineyards. The tension of Carricante meets the elegance of Chardonnay.

Vivera ETNA BIANCO is bottled in the month of March, the first of the original Roman calendar and consecrated to Mars, god of agriculture and war. I dedicate this wine to all the farmers who, with the tenacity of ancient warriors, fight every day to give us fruits that make their memory eternal
