The Cuvée "36" Brut from the Marsuret cellar is a fresh sparkling wine with a pale straw color and a fine and persistent perlage. Notes of citrus fruits, pears and fresh apples emerge on the nose. In the mouth it is creamy and dense with a persistent finish.

From 100% Glera grapes grown in vineyards located between 200 and 300 meters above sea level. After a soft pressing, the wine ferments in steel and is left in contact with the noble lees for 5 months. The refermentation in autoclave in compliance with the Charmat method requires aging on the lees for at least 60 days before bottling.
