Ternet VINE GRAPE VARIETY Teroldego SOIL Dolomite limestone. VINIFICATION The destemmed grapes are placed in small oak fermentation vats; the start of fermentation brings the berries to the upper part of the vat, which, through the delicate operations of pressing, are brought back to the lower part, guaranteeing the extraction of anthocyanins and polyphenols. This is followed by racking and maturation in French oak barrels for about 12 months. DATA ANALYSIS Vintage 2018: 14.5 % Vol, 5.7 total acidity, extract 24 g/l.
