Plumbago - with a spontaneous flower of a beautiful purple color that grows in the woods surrounding the baglio and the Ulmo vineyards - is a pure Nero d'Avola. It comes from the old vineyard around the Orange Lake that gives us this soft and fruity version of this great Sicilian variety. Round tannins and perfectly dosed wood make it a wine of immediate pleasure. Ideal for Mediterranean cuisine based on vegetables and all types of meat.

Production area: Agrigento, Sicily. Grapes and Vinification: Nero dAvola. In French and American oak barriques for 18 months, in which refinement takes place. Released on the market only after at least 18 months of bottle aging. Color and Pairing: Red, excellent with meat dishes and long-aged cheeses.
