Ripe grapes harvested in their full aromatic and extractive vigor from ancient vines that for over 30 years have produced fruits of extraordinary sweetness and aromatic intensity. Violet and dense allocchio, fruity and pulpy on the nose, it offers clear sensations of red flowers, blackberries and hints of sweet spices. The soft tannins of this Montepulciano dAbruzzo pleasantly caress the palate, giving back sensations of roundness and satisfaction and well balanced by the acid component. Ripe pulp extracts satisfy the sip, losing their softness and yielding to sweetness, fullness and elegance.
It is mainly produced with Montepulciano and Aglianico grapes, harvested by hand towards the end of October. The vinification takes place in the traditional way, with maceration on the skins for about 1 month and malolactic fermentation. Subsequently the wine is aged partly in barrique and partly in steel tanks, resting for a further 6 months in the bottle before being placed on the market.

Vino rosso ottenuto da una lunga macerazione e poi invecchiato in acciaio e in bottiglia per mesi. Di colore rosso scuro con velature violacee. All’olfatto è molto intenso e con note speziate, in bocca è persistente e forte.
Caratterizzato da un colore rosso rubino carico. Al naso si presenta vinoso ed intenso. Dolce e di corpo.
Colore giallo paglierino con rilessi dorati. Erbe aromatiche, tra cui in primis la salvia, sono protagoniste durante la degustazione olfattiva. Al palato risulta dolce e fragrante.
Colore rosa tenue. Sentori di piccoli frutti rossi. Al palato risulta fresco e sapido.
Colore rosa tenue, al gusto presenta una buona freschezza ed una buona sapidità.
Color rosso rubino intenso, profumo ricco di freschi sentori di frutta rossa matura, esprime ricordi di prugna e mora con sfumature leggermente speziate.
Colore rosso rubino trasparente. Il naso viene travolto da aromi di sottobosco, sfumature leggermente speziate e sensazioni balsamiche. Gusto morbido in grado di conferire una buona persistenza in bocca.
100% Pinot Nero. Dopo la diraspatura viene fatta una leggera macerazione sulle bucce, seguono la pressatura soffice e la fermentazione a temperatura controllata.
Le uve vengono sottoposte integre ad una pressatura soffice. La seguente fermentazione avviene in serbatoi di acciaio a temperatura controllata, segue un periodo di affinamento caratterizzato da frequenti bâtonnage.
