From the hills overlooking the Adriatic of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park comes this Classic Method of Pinot Noir in purity vinified in white, with three years of aging on the lees. Just like Nolfo da Montefeltro to whom we wanted to dedicate it, he has the confident stuff and the backbone of a medieval leader. Excellent as an aperitif, it is preferably combined with appetizers and fish first courses.

The Colli Pesaresi Doc Monte San Bartolo Cabernet Sauvignon Natural Park bears the name of the tenacious and obscure guardian of the beautiful Rosina in Il Barbiere di Siviglia . Strong and determined character that goes well with Cabernet Sauvignon, a wine with an intense, powerful and austere color. The vine is grown on the hill of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park overlooking the sea, in favorable soil and climatic conditions which give it the characteristics of a structured wine with a deep ruby red color. On the nose it recalls ripe red fruits and vegetal notes of tomato leaf, the taste is savory, soft and warm. It goes perfectly with flavored meat and game dishes.

The Colli Pesaresi Doc Monte San Bartolo Sangiovese Natural Park is dedicated to one of the most famous characters of Il Barbiere di Siviglia, the exuberant music teacher in love with the beautiful Rosina. Don Basilio adapts to the interweaving of the plot as this Sangiovese lends itself both to coastal viticulture and to that of the hills and foothills. We recommend pairing with pasta with meat sauce, roasted or grilled meat, aged cheeses, truffled Rollè.

One of the indigenous wines par excellence of our area, on the hills overlooking the Metauro we cultivate the Biancame grapes from which this Organic Bianchello Doc is born. It is a very fine still white wine, fruity and mineral, with a straw yellow color . The bouquet is fresh and floral , with notes of sweet white flowers and nuances of resin and citrus.
THE WINERY
This border area between Marche and Romagna, between the Adriatic and Montefeltro, is our vocation
To be familiar with one of the oldest wine-growing areas in Italy, to be in solidarity with its ruggedness and beauty, to protect an incomparable agricultural landscape and a productive fabric made up of a fine network of knowledge handed down, to cultivate the land with respect.
All this is the daily commitment of the forty members who are now part of Pisaurum.
Founded in 1969, Pisaurum is today the most important aggregation structure for a large part of the winegrowers, often owners of small holdings, who work the more than 60 hectares of vineyards stretching between the Foglia, Metauro and Cesano rivers.
In 2014, together with the historic winery Colonnara di Cupramontana Pisaurum, they created Marchedoc, a reality that reflects their common values and the objective of continuing to produce and enhance the authentic and sincere fruits of this region.
Our vines, between salt and clay
In the Pesaro wine-growing panorama, Pisaurum produces high quality wines and, thanks to the selection work carried out first in the vineyards and then in the cellar, succeeds in interpreting and enriching the ancient oenological flavour of these lands and its characteristic types of wines.
The fulcrum of our production are the DOC wines, a selection of fine wines with limited production: Bianchello del Metauro cultivated in the hinterland of Fano and Colli Pesaresi, produced from indigenous vines grown from the sea of Monte San Bartolo to the high clay-limestone hills of Montefeltro.
Alongside the cultivation of the historic Pesaro vines, we have added other varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir and Merlot, which enrich our wines in variety and quality.
We have always paid great attention to production that respects the environment and the wine itself, guaranteed by the experience and deep roots to the territory of each of our members. Today, more than 50% of our grapes comply with organic standards, with the percentage growing year by year.
Vinification takes place in the winery in San Lorenzo in Campo, near the medieval town of Pergola, famous for its Golden Bronzes from the Roman era.
