Il Lauro comes from a selection of grapes from the historic "Mogliette" vineyard planted in 1969 on the loamy soil of a windy west-facing hillside. The vineyard's longevity and particular location allow for a late harvest and the achievement of an excellent balance between acidity and sugar content.
