The nose shows hints of cherry and raspberry, rose petals and a slight sweet spice. On the palate it is soft and warm, with light tannins that close the circle of balance. Adequate finish with notes of pink pepper.Ideal on chicken with peppers but also with pork ribs in barbecue sauce.
