Pianirossi

Toscana Rosso is a wine produced in Cinigiano, in Maremma, from grapes from 40% Petit Verdot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Montepulciano vines. The company includes an uncontaminated expanse of 25 hectares of land, 14 of which are planted with vineyards. The methods selected for cultivation are organic, everything is done manually from pruning to harvest, respecting the environment and the Tuscan wine tradition. The refinement is carried out in small French oak barrels for 15 months.

Sidus is an excellent wine produced from grapes from 60% Sangiovese and 40% Montepulciano vines. The Pianirossi estate was born over twenty years ago, between the hills of Montalcino and the slopes of Mount Amiata, an ancient territory where love for the land and passion for wine are at home. The Sidus is aged in small French oak barrels for 10 months. In the glass its color is lively with shades tending towards purplish. The nose has intense fruity aromas, especially of ripe cherries and wild berries. In the mouth it is delicate and persistent, with soft tannins and good acidity. A wine with excellent balance. It goes perfectly with robust first courses and red meats, but can also accompany cold cuts and aged cheeses.
