From the places where the vine has found one of its maximum expressions come the Nebbiolo pomace whose spirit, virtuous and powerful, finds an extraordinary and exciting balance after a long period of aging in wood.

This one-of-a-kind vodka-based liqueur comes from toffee. With its characteristic sweetness it manages to delight the most gluttonous palates.

Borducan comes from an ancient recipe handed down through the generations and kept secret, which says: "macerate orange peel in pure alcohol for a year". A slow process, followed like a ritual, to give life to a liqueur that is a journey through time between past and present.

The alcoholic part consists of good-taste alcohol of agricultural origin. It is obtained by infusion, for a period of not less than 10 days, of dried elderberry flowers in ethyl alcohol. The next phase involves the extraction of the infusion with the separation of the liquid part from the solid one (flowers). The infusion thus obtained is used as it is in the hydroalcoholic mixture, the base of the liqueur.
