The Badia a Coltibuono Decennial Reserve, produced exclusively with native grapes, is a wine loved by enthusiasts as the emblem of the territory of origin. Wine of ancient tradition, as evidenced by the historic collection preserved in the cellars of the abbey, the Decenalle Reserve is produced to celebrate the anniversary. Aging for 24 months in barrels of various sizes and French oak barriques.

Bright ruby red to the eye, it conquers the nose with a whirlwind of elegant aromas, in which ripe fruit - especially the morello cherry - can be found, spicy references and balsamic nuances. On the palate it has a good, full structure, which develops with a fresh sip with a good tannic texture. \ n \ nExcellent with any meal, it goes perfectly with roasts, game and aged cheeses such as pecorino.

It moves in the glass with a concentrated and deep ruby red color. The nose reveals balsamic notes, alternating with floral references and nuances of black berry fruit and tobacco. It enters the mouth with a warm, ample and enveloping sip, in which the tannic texture is elegantly integrated into the excellent structure. \ n \ nIt is a wine that has an important structure, and therefore requires elaborate dishes. Perfect with red meats and medium-aged cheeses, it is best to try with a grilled fillet accompanied by mushrooms.
