This Montepulciano D'Abruzzo derives from the union of 2 areas, one in the mountains (Fara Filiorum Petri) and one in the sea (Ortona), so that the flavors of the mountains and the sea come together and reflect the territorial characteristics of the Abruzzo region.

The wine immediately shows a beautiful lively ruby red, despite the years of aging. The fruity scents then give way to spicy and slightly toasted notes that make the aromatic bouquet very complex. We can find notes of red fruit in jam, followed by notes of toasted hazelnuts, light tobacco, a light cinnamon, all with a wild herbaceous background reminiscent of the undergrowth. Quite consistent, it has a body that is found both in the aromatic intensity, with a strong fruity and spicy character and in the mouth, it can be tasted for its completeness. Warm notes and cold notes in perfect balance make this wine an exceptional red. Excellent to be enjoyed both alone and at the table. Good persistence.
In the world, Pinot Grigio is a very common grape variety, but not in Abruzzo. Antonio decided to cultivate it and the result was excellent thanks to the perfect combination of time and soil.
