Nic Tartaglia 's Trebbiano is a Natural self-certified wine. It is produced with only Trebbiano grapes from a 36-year-old vineyard located 307 meters above sea level. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C for about 30 days. No chemicals are used in the vineyard and in the cellar. Refinement takes place in steel. A full-bodied wine, with good acidity and long persistence. Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany grilled vegetables.

For the Trebbiano D'Abruzzo "Di Mare" a careful selection of the grapes is carried out from the oldest vineyards, located in the best hilly areas of the company territory. Collected in small boxes. The grapes are processed as follows: destemming of the grapes and cold pre-fermentation maceration at 8/10° C for about 12 hours. Soft pressing and natural cold debourbage for 24/36 hours. Fermentation of the juice in steel at a controlled temperature of 14/16 °C. Aging on fine lees for 90/120 days. Cleaning of the wine and further aging in steel for 6/8 months. Bottling and aging in the bottle for about 12 months.
