Forteto della Luja Loazzolo is a fragrant and enveloping wine, with a deep yellow color with apricot and gold reflections. The olfactory profile reveals a rich, ripe fruit, with a prevalence of apricot notes. The "muscat" root of the fruit is evident, which a balsamic wood enriches with spicy and roasted notes. Rich and creamy on the palate, to which it unfolds in all its multifaceted sweetness and alcohol, with interesting returns of fruit, chocolate and honey. A very pleasant wine, which ends long, with an echo of vanilla and white chocolate. Constitutionally long-lived, it maintains an enviable gustatory balance for many years. Excellent meditation wine, it goes well with aged cheeses and desserts.

OBTAINED FROM THE VINIFICATION OF SOLO CABERNET FRANC, IT HAS HINTS OF BLACK FRUITS, SAGE, ROSEMARY, CICCOLATO AND SPICES. IN THE MOUTH IT IS SOFT AND AGGRESSED, WITH A FEMININE AND SEDUCTIVE SILKNESS.

Dark and impenetrable ruby red with violet reflections, opens on intense fruity notes of blackberries and strawberries in jam, raspberry juice, aromatic herbs, spices and tobacco, face powder and eucalyptus. The taste is full and rigorous, marked by a vigorous tannic texture and beautiful freshness. Long finish on toasting and bitter cocoa returns. Given its strength we will have to combine it with braised and jugged meats, or with a succulent chianina steak on the grill.

The Tassinaia is a full-bodied and complex red wine, produced with a Bordeaux blend, that is, starting from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged in cask for about 20 months. Hints of wild berries, spices and balsamic herbs stand out on the nose. The taste is deep and full-bodied, with great balance and elegant tannins.

Castel Sallegg and Moscato Rosa are two concepts associated, for some time now, with South Tyrol. The reason is founded: in 1892, during their transfer from Sicily, the princes of Campofranco, ancestors of the current owner, Count Georg von Kuenburg, brought this noble vine to Castel Sallegg in Caldaro, planting it in the warmest soils on the banks of the homonymous lake, where it thrives majestically. Today Moscato Rosa belongs to the rarest varieties in the world. Our wine grows at the Seehof, in San Giuseppe at Lake Caldaro, 230 m above sea level, on a traditional pergola.

“Don Antonio” is a Sicilian Nero d'Avola with a powerful and decisive character, aged for 12 months in new barriques. The nose reveals fruity and spicy notes with hints of chocolate and cinnamon. It has a soft and intense structure, with a powerful alcoholic dose well supported by a slight freshness and a pleasant tannin.

Promis di Ca 'Marcanda is a full-bodied and elegant red wine that expresses the deep soul of the Bolgheri area with impeccable balance. Angelo Gaja 's style translates here into a beautiful aromatic complexity, played on warm and enveloping notes of spices, wild fruit and balsamic herbs. It ages for 12 months in barrique.

Cortaccio Villa Cafaggio is a wine of extraordinary stature and has a garnet red color, an intense aroma with hints of blackcurrant and a perfectly integrated toasting note. On the palate it is of remarkable concentration but at the same time perfectly harmonious, rightly tannic and very persistent. The grapes are de-stemmed and delicately pressed in order not to damage the skin rich in coloring matter. Selected yeasts are added to the must to activate fermentation while the wine remains in contact with the skins for 3 weeks. After the primary fermentation, the Cortaccio is transferred to a room dedicated exclusively to malolactic fermentation, which takes place entirely in French oak barriques and which allows to produce a wine of great structure and balance.

The Brunello di Montalcino from the Poggio di Sotto estate is an elegant and prestigious red wine. Very low yield per hectare and organic management in the vineyard give us a wine with a clear interweaving of hints of undergrowth, humus, flowers, sweet spice and leather on a Mediterranean background. Refined and austere on the palate, with great persistence and velvety tannins. Ace catch it all!

The Salvioni family has been winemakers since the early 1900s, although it was only in 1985 under Giulio Salvioni that they began to bottle and market their wines. Success followed soon after when the Italian wine critic Andrea Gabbrielli awarded the 1985 vintage the Tre Bicchieri prize in the well-known food and wine magazine Gambero Rosso.

Intense and intense ruby red color, sometimes impenetrable. Campoleone IGT Umbria Rosso is the representative wine of the company. Composed of 50% Sangiovese and 50% Merlot, it is produced in Umbria, in the Trasimeno Lake area. The vineyards from which it comes are in a small part of the seventies while almost the majority are given by more recent plants with a density of 5,500 vines per hectare and a yield per plant that never exceeds 1kg.

The Brunello di Montalcino di Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona is born in vineyards located on the hills of Montalcino, in central Tuscany. Sauvignon “Ronco del Cerò” is an expressive wine vinified in steel, rich in typical varietal and territorial hints. Fruity and vegetal notes emerge on the nose such as peach, boxwood and pepper. On the palate it is soft and dry, involving and mineral, of good intensity and excellent balance

Siro Pacenti 's Brunello di Montalcino is born in vineyards located within the municipality of Montalcino, whose boundaries delimit the production of the DOCG Brunello. It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and then the wine is aged in barrique for 24 months, before being bottled. It is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of red berries, enriched by pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it is full and pleasantly full-bodied, with velvety tannins. Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.

It has a garnet red color with brick reflections. On the nose there are notes of spicy blackberry jam, these aromas come and go without stopping to make the wine seem elusive at times but elegant. On the palate with soft and enveloping tannins with hints of pure licorice long and persistent final.

From the maceration in contact with the skins of the Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes and from the long period of maturation, the Riserve are born, long-lived and complex reds. A wide selection of Reserves is available starting from the 1990 harvest. They are a wonderful accompaniment to lamb, kid, pecorino cheese, game and all the traditional Abruzzo dishes of the hinterland.
