From the collaboration between D & ampG and Donnafugata , Rosa is born, the first Dolce and Gabbana wine, an unpublished Doc rosé wine with a fruity and floral personality, an original blend of two black grape varieties, among the most representative of Sicilian viticulture: Nerello Mascalese and Nocera . Energetic wine with excellent structure, pleasant softness. Aged in the bottle it enhances the typical almond as well as the fruity finish. It lends itself very well to aging, given the good alcohol content and good acidity.

A wine of excellence, made from organic Pecorino DOCG Tullum grapes. Spontaneous fermentation, no filtration, only natural sulphites.

VIEW : Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. SMELL : Delicate floral bouquet, citrus with very intriguing herbaceous notes. TASTE : On the palate it is citrusy, savory, fresh. It is characterized by a marked acidity.

GRAPES : 100% Passerina HARVEST : end of September VINIFICATION : Maceration at low temperature after destemming of the grapes and temperature controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. TASTING : Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, intense citrus notes, bergamot, white flowers of the Mediterranean scrub on the nose. Good structure and acidity, excellent taste olfactory persistence.
